You will have 30 minutes before your party start time to decorate (for example, if you signed up for a party from 1-4, you would be able to arrive at 12:30 to set up). Please do not arrive any earlier as the other party will be leaving. Also, if you are the first party of the day, your pool attendant won’t be there until 30 minutes before. If you need more time, please ask your guests to arrive after your party’s start time. Also, once your party is over, please ask your guest not to linger as we usually have another party.
Please do not use balloons with anything in them, and no confetti or glitter is allowed. It can cause problems if it gets into the pool.
The Maximum number of guests in attendance cannot exceed 55. This is the total guest count and the maximum number of individuals that will be allowed in the facility for a private party. If you expect more than 25 children, it’s mandatory to have a second pool attendant for an additional $60. Our parking limits us to a certain number of guests since we only have 22 parking spots.
Yes, but NO GLASS IS ALLOWED, and no drinks are allowed in the pool. We are not the place if you want a wild party. The host and guests MUST be responsible while drinking alcohol. If the pool attendant thinks you or a guest have been over-served, we can ask that person to leave.
The pool party will proceed if it is sprinkling, cool, and cloudy, with no signs of lighting/thunder. The only exception is inclement weather, as determined at the discretion of SINKorSwim, no more than 2 hours before party rental. Please do not expect us to call you and cancel. We assume the party is happening if we do not hear from you. If weather causes cancellation, a reschedule date will be selected at no additional charge. If no dates are available, then a refund will be given.
Cancellations are made within 8-14 days of the party; you lose 50% of the party cost. Cancellations made 1 week prior (7 days) to the day of the rental will result in forfeiture of the entire rental fee. If we can rent after cancellation, we will refund 100%. You may also transfer your pool party to someone else; however, they must still create an account login and sign our waiver. For all cancellations made MORE than 14 days before the party, you will receive a 100% refund.

No, we installed a professional Bluetooth speaker system where we control the volume. Please do NOT bring your own speaker, as you will not be allowed to use it. Please ask the pool attendant to push the Bluetooth button on the wall so you can find BT. If it’s not working, please ask the pool attendant to make sure the radio is on, and if you get closer to the bathrooms, you should be able to connect more easily.
No, we provide a “Pool Attendant.” They are First Aid/ CPR certified; however, the Pool Attendant (s) is/are always in charge. Adults in attendance are expected to assist and cooperate with the attendant(s). Pool Attendants are responsible for keeping a safe and FUN environment. They are not there for EXCLUSIVE pool supervision. Parents are also required to watch their children; if the child cannot swim, the parent must always be in the water. The pool attendant is there to help with the party host’s needs and ensure the party runs smoothly. Repeated warnings from the pool attendant will be grounds for ejection from the pool party.

We have five picnic tables, at least 30 chairs, and 30 chaise lounge chairs. We also have a table for your food to sit on.
No, but if you have a person who is handicapped, please let the pool attendant know so they can assist with getting them in and also open the double gates if needed.
No, it’s GAS, and we’ll provide a lighter. Please clean the grill by letting it burn off. Please bring your own grilling utensils.
